Led by CoCreate artist Anna Shiels, a creative health specialist whose work is shaped by her own lived experience, these sessions invite you to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Grab a pencil - or something messier - and let the unique setting of Scalpen’s Court spark your imagination.
Each gentle, supportive workshop uses a creative approach to exploring the 5 Ways to Wellbeing through engaging activities, a supportive environment and a joyful, creative programme inspired by nature. No experience is needed, just curiosity!
